COVID-19

Our offices are temporarily closed (through April 26, 2020)

Updated March 25, 2020

The team at STO Orthodontists would like to continue to keep you updated during this challenging time. Our primary goal continues to keep our patients, team members, families and the greater community safe. Due to the rapidly changing situation, there is no guideline as to when our office will re-open to regular, in-person orthodontic care visits. The duration of our temporary closure will depend on guidelines from the city of Toronto as well as from our dental licensing bodies.

We continue to monitor all of our patients’ treatment status and are available to guide you appropriately should you have any urgent orthodontic concerns. You may contact us at any time by email at info@worldofsmiles.com or reply to the text messages that we send you; and we will respond as quickly as possible (1 business day). For urgent inquiries please call the office at (416) 283-6476 and listen to the recorded message completely for emergency instructions.

If you have an upcoming appointment at our office, you will hear from us to discuss your next steps or appointment cancellations as appropriate. For the most recent updates, we encourage you to check on a regular basis our website at worldofsmiles.com, as well as on our facebook and instagram: @stoorthodontists. There you will find guides for comfort questions and other information that we hope will be helpful during this time.

We understand that there may be much uncertainty for our patient families at this time. If you have any questions or would like to review your financial arrangements, please reach out to us by email or text and our financial coordinator will gladly arrange a phone call to discuss. Please let us know how we can best work with you.

While we do not know what the coming weeks will bring, we commit to doing our best to serve our patients and our community. At STO Orthodontists, we will always be about people first and we thank you for continuing to trust in us.

Please stay safe and follow all public health guidelines and recommendations.

Sincerely,
