Hi, my name is Ana and I joined the team in 1995. I enjoy my job very much. What makes my job most enjoyable is seeing patients walk out with a beautiful and healthy smile. I was once a patient of Dr. Mair and I know first-hand how great it feels. My new smile increased my confidence, which positively affected my life in so many ways. I treat new patients every day and hopefully one day I can help you achieve that beautiful healthy smile you’ve always wanted. |

Hello, my name is Carol and I am an orthodontic dental hygienist. I joined the team in 1999 and thoroughly enjoy working in a practice that is on the cutting edge of treatment and technology, and of course, which produces such beautiful smiles!! I also have the pleasure of seeing our patients from the time they get their braces on, right on through until they get them off. The transformations are nothing short of spectacular. On a personal note, I have a son and daughter who are now young adults and out on their own. I am enjoying this “empty nest” stage in my life, with plenty of time for reading and golfing with my husband and friends. I look forward to helping you create your beautiful smile!! |

Hello, my name is Cindy and I have recently joined this wonderful orthodontic team. I have over 15 years experience in the dental world as both an assistant and a receptionist. As a Treatment Coordinator, I will meet you at your initial visit. I look forward to answering any questions you may have regarding your individual treatment and I will strive to make your orthodontic experience one of knowledge and comfort. On a personal note, I am an avid hiker who loves the outdoors in all seasons. I have 2 boys that are older now, but very much a part of my life. I participate in a mixed bowling league and I also enjoy dancing. |

Hi, I’m Fay. My main role, as an orthodontic assistant, is to prepare your initial records, which include your photographs and x-rays during your first visit. I also take good care of you while you are wearing your retainers when your braces are removed. I have enjoyed every minute of my experience here and have learned so much from my time at the practice. On a personal note, I have two daughters, one of whom was treated by Dr. Mair. In my spare time I enjoy reading, cooking, music and the Internet. |

Hi, my name is Josie and I am a dental hygienist. I joined the team in 2009 and I find it very gratifying to be part of a team that creates such a friendly and welcoming office environment. My favorite part of working in an orthodontic office is seeing the bright, excited smiles when it is time for our patients to have their braces removed. It is rewarding to see not only the incredible progress their teeth have made, but also how enthusiastic they are to show off their new smile! In my spare time, I enjoy meeting up with friends, going to the gym and my newest hobby - travelling. I look forward to being a part of your orthodontic treatment from the day the braces are placed, to the day they are removed. |

Hi, my name is Luisa and I am an orthodontic dental hygienist. I was the first hygienist to join Dr. Mair in 1995 and I have seen the transformation of our team, from our original group of four to the fantastic group we have today. I enjoy orthodontics thoroughly from the first appointment when we place the braces to the final appointment when our patients see their finished wonderful smile!! I have been teaching part time in the dental hygiene program at George Brown College since 2003 as well. I really enjoy being able to impart my many years of clinical experience to future hygienists. Personally, I am very happily married and enjoy traveling and reading! |

My name is Mary Lu and I am a dental hygienist. I joined the team in 2007 and, coincidentally, was a former patient in my teen years. I am thrilled with the results of my own teeth and love being able to help others achieve the same beautiful smile. I am part of the process from the day the braces are placed to the day they are removed. It is incredible and truly rewarding to see the transformation, not only in a person's smile, but also in their confidence level and attitude as they approach the end of treatment. I live in the Toronto area and in my spare time I enjoy learning to play the guitar and keeping active outdoors. Hi, I’m Pauline. I have been working in orthodontics since 1996 and consider myself blessed to have spent it all with Dr. Mair. As a certified dental assistant and part-time treatment coordinator, I look forward to caring for you and helping ensure you have a great experience while in our care. The greatest satisfaction is seeing the sunshine on your faces at the end of treatment. It is a wonderful feeling to be able to help make a difference in someone’s life. Hey, my name is Ramona. I was first introduced to Dr. Mair in 1994, when my parents brought me in for a consultation. Looking back, I can truly say that this was one of the best decisions my parents ever made for my brothers and myself. The experience and the team were so great, I decided to join the practice in 2008. I am proud to be sitting at the front desk to schedule, greet, and answer any questions you may have. In my leisure time, I love shopping, spending time with my family, modeling, and performing for charity events. |

Hello my name is Sonya and I am one of the newest members of the team. I am one of the first people you will meet when you come into our office and I will greet you with a warm smile, happily schedule your appointments and answer your questions. I am also a member of the marketing team and enjoy taking part in setting up new and exiciting contests for you to participate in! During my free time I like to create artworks and being outdoors. I am an artist of multiple mediums and use everything from paint to film and almost everything in between. I also love to be outdoors doing such things as hiking, camping and kayaking. |

Hello, my name is Suzanne, and I joined the practice in 1995. I will be one of the first people you meet at your initial visit to our office. My role as a treatment coordinator allows me to sharevaluable information with you and make you feel comfortable about all aspects of your orthodontic treatment. I am available to answer a wide range of questions and address concerns that you may have regarding your experience. In addition to my role as a treatment coordinator, I am on the marketing team. I take great pleasure in coordinating special events both in and out of the office. I have made some great connections with patients/parents, and have witnessed the positive impact orthodontics has made in their lives; these are only two of the many reasons why my job here is so rewarding!!! When I am not at work I am at home trying to keep up with the busy schedule of my three sons and spending time with my husband. |

I am also on the marketing committee making sure that you will have a warm and fun experience from beginning to end.
